We are thrilled to announce the continuation of our association with Suzi Digby and the Ora Singers with Suzi’s latest project.
It is dedicated to the incomparable masterpiece of Renaissance polyphony, Thomas Tallis’ 40-voice motet Spem in alium, other works from the Tudor Court, and a new 40-voice commission by Sir James MacMillan.
Our special program with Suzi is a broadcast premier of music from this project.
The CD package itself includes a DVD showing how this extraordinary project came to fruition. Suzi has once again (and with typical generosity) made a limited number of the Spem in alium collection available to our listeners.
Because of the unique nature of this, we are making these packages available as a special welcome gift to anyone who supports us by joining as a new member at the Silver level or above:

If you are already a member, thank you! We would be delighted to send you this package if you upgrade your subscription to the next level. (For example, if you upgrade from Bronze to Silver.)

We look forward to announcing an exciting new collaboration with Suzi soon, but in the meantime, may this project and the concept of hope—“Spem in alium nunquam habui” means “In no other is my hope”—give us all some richly needed comfort and peace in difficult times.
